The proposed development is for a 21-storey mixed-use building with a height of approximately 72 metres to the top of the roof (75.25 metres to the top of the mechanical penthouse) with approximately 12,912 square metres of total gross floor area, including approximately 2,480 square metres of commercial uses containing at-grade retail and replacement of the existing office space. A total of 166 residential units are proposed. An associated Site Plan Control application (22 204198 STE 10 SA) is being concurrently reviewed with this rezoning application.
