Site Plan Approval for a three-storey athletic training facility proposed by the Tempo Basketball Club Inc. (the "Toronto Tempo"). This proposal is located on land that is owned by the City and will be subject to a long-term lease between the City and the Toronto Tempo to develop the training facility as well as new public parkland. The proposed lease provides for public access to the Tempo training facility during the team's off-season and periodically during the WNBA season.
