Removal of the holding symbol "(H)" applied by Zoning By-law 707-2024. The proposed development consists of a temporary sports facility comprising of an open sports field, two air-supported indoor sports domes, a tent for indoor sports, and an open sports court. The facility will be serviced by temporary washroom trailers. No connection to City sanitary infrastructure is proposed for the washroom trailers. The Recreation Use designation was confirmed in a Zoning Review dated May 21, 2026 (Application No. 26124325 TPS 00 TS).
