OPA & Rezoning Application proposes the development of two residnetial towers, 43-storey and 39-storeys. A total of 1,021 residential units are proposed, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. A paved access from Fisherville road will be provided, leading to 2 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 125 parking spaces; as well as 384 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 62,067 square metres and a FSI of 13.3. Additionally, the proposed development provides a total of 1,855 square metres of indoor amenity space and 1,917 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
