Alternative solution
Alternative solution for a new industrial building under permit 24 107491 - To reduce the minimum two required exits in the subject building to a single central exit. This can be achieved without any risk to the safety of the occupants of the building. To compensate for the single exit we propose to add a sprinkler system for the entire third floor as per NFPA 13. Sprinkler protection will provide a higher degree of fire safety in the building.
