Rezoning Application to permit a transit supportive mixed-use development featuring three towers of 32, 37 and 43 storeys, A total of 1,201 dwelling units and 419 parking spaces. Provision of both purpose-built rental and condominium units 84,134 square metres of gross floor area, 82,675 square metres residential and 1,460 square metres non-residential. A new on-site public park with new mid-block pedestrian space in between the proposed purpose-built rental building and the condominium buildings.
