The proposed redevelopment of this site includes a new hotel and performance venue that will attract local, national, and international visitors. The proposed entertainment venue is a tiered modern concert venue, which can seat up to 5,500 patrons. The program is intended to host concerts, esportsevents, conventions, corporate events, product launches, and awards shows. The proposed hotel building is a 32-storey, 111.92-metre-tall mixed-use tower with approximately 370 guest rooms.
