An Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment application has been submitted for a mixed use development with 50, 52, and 55-storey buildings on top of an existing 5-storey building with 6,870 square metres of commercial and 213 m2 of institutional. The proposed towers include a total of 1,759 new dwelling units. The proposed FSI is 7.96 for the site and 5.52 for the entire Site Specific Policy Area.
