Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit the redevelopment of the lands with a 29-storey residential apartment building with 316 units (Building B) at 25 Cedarcroft Boulevard.The lands currently contain a 13-storey residential apartment building with 132 rental units (Building A) and a surface parking lot. The existing building will be retained, and one (1) rental unit will be added to the existing building. The existing surface parking lot will be removed to accommodate the proposed building. Improvements to the existing building and the site will also be provided, as well as providing a portion of a future Multi-Use Path connecting Bathurst Street and Antibes Drive.
