Proposal for a development of a 16-storey residential addition to the existing 12-storey apartment building on the subject site, along with a block of street-related townhouse units fronting onto Cedarcroft Boulevard and Bathurst Street. The proposed new development has a total gross floor area of 20,400 square metres with 245 new residential units in the proposed addition and 14 townhouse units, result in an overall site density of 3.8 FSI.
